'Index was out of range..' error when uploading

I recently purhased this ASP.NET upload and constantly receive the following error meesage when i try to upload a file using this component - 'Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index '
The file does upload and save but this error page shows every time.
