I can submit rich text from Advanced HTML Editor to Access Memo field OK. How do I then reverse that process ie pull the same rich text back into the editor so I can change then update it? Thanks

I've just found out how to do this. So easy and just goes to prove that I am as dumb as I claim to be. That's reassuring. Incase anyone else can't figure this out: From the Server Behaviours Panel, select Server Behaviours > Dynamic Form Elements > Dynamic Text Field. Next select "editor1" as the Text Field (ie that's the Advanced HTML Editor name) and associate it with what you called it, MainText in my case. Hey Presto. The rich text displayed in the Memo field of my Access database is displayed inside the Rich Text Editor.

Maybe just a bit differently but it is there at the end
